What is the period for return or exchange?

How and where do I return or exchange my order?
- You can contact customer service through our numbers or the email shown on the Contact Us page and provide them with information (order number customer name) to provide you with order shipping information.

What are the terms of return or exchange?
1- Products cannot be returned during the period of discounts / offers or with discount vouchers, only exchanges can be made.
2- The product must be returned in its original packaging without accidental scratches or damage.
3- Products must be returned with all accessories or product accessories.
4- The order can be canceled within 24 hours without charge if it has not been shipped.
5- In the case of cancellation after shipment, the purchase amount will be returned after calculating the shipping value and deducting it from the original
amount paid.
How do I receive the refund amount?
The amount is returned to the same card with which the payment was made. The amount will be returned within 3-14 working days (depends on the type of card and the bank). In the case of payment upon receipt, we will return the amount by transferring to the customer"s personal account after ensuring the safety of the product.
